About StAMP

Launched in 2020, St Andrews Music Participation (StAMP) Brass is an award-winning initiative from the University of St Andrews. Its mission is to make brass playing accessible to all while celebrating the rich tradition of brass band music in Scotland. In just five years, StAMP has introduced over 1,000 young people to brass instruments and reached many more through schools, workshops, and public performances across Fife. With a focus on inclusion, creativity, and community, StAMP is redefining what it means to make music together.
